Our policies are designed to be fair to both sides — clear cancellation, flexible child arrangements, predictable check-in.

⏱Check-in & Check-out+

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in: Subject to availability — complimentary if room is ready before standard check-in.
Late check-out: Up to 4:00 PM at 50% of nightly rate; after 4:00 PM, full nightly rate.

⟲Cancellation & Refund Policy+

If you cancel…	You receive…
7 or more days before arrival	Full refund of all pre-paid charges.
3 to 6 days before arrival	50% refund of total booking value.
48 hours to 3 days before arrival	25% refund of total booking value.
Less than 48 hours / no-show	Non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Bank or payment-gateway charges are non-refundable.
Group bookings (6+ rooms) follow a custom cancellation schedule shared at the time of confirmation.
Refunds for partial stays already commenced are at the property manager's discretion.

👶Child Policy+

Children aged 0–5 stay free, sharing existing bedding (no extra charge).
Children aged 6–11 are charged at 30% of the room's nightly rate when an extra bed is requested.
Children 12 and above are charged as adults.
Maximum one extra bed per room. Maximum two children below 12 per room.
Cribs are complimentary and available on request, subject to availability.
Children's menu is available at all dining outlets.

🐾Pet Policy+

Pets are welcome in the Executives Room only, on prior request.
A non-refundable pet sanitation fee of ₹1,500 per stay applies.
Pets must weigh under 25 kg and be vaccinated; a copy of vaccination records is required.
Pets cannot be left unattended in the room or on the property.
Service animals are exempt from fees and weight limits.

🚭Smoking Policy+

The Grand Dularia is a fully non-smoking property, including all rooms, halls, the rooftop, and indoor public spaces.
A designated smoking area is available adjacent to the porte-cochère.
A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 is applied for evidence of in-room smoking.

📜Terms & Conditions+

Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
Indian guests must present an Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving Licence; foreign nationals must present a passport with valid visa.
A pre-authorisation hold is placed on the credit card at check-in to cover incidentals; this is released at check-out.
GST and applicable taxes are charged in addition to the room tariff per government regulations.
The property reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in violation of the property's code of conduct.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in public areas.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Use of the pool, gym and spa is governed by separate facility-specific rules posted on-site.
For event bookings (banquet halls, rooftop, conference), a separate set of terms and conditions applies; these are shared with the event-booking confirmation.
